About the Company:
Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) is an autonomous institute established by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. RCB aims to provide various research and training programs in biotechnology and life sciences to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and innovation. As part of our ongoing projects, we are looking for a Project Associate-I to join our dedicated team.
Title of Project: Investigating the mechanism of regulation of flagellar gene expression by FliA-FlgM and FliA-RNAP complex from Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Implication in pathogenesis and virulence.
Duration: One year.
Age Limit: 26 Years as on 31.10.2023
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in life sciences/Biotechnology. Minimum 60% marks in Masters or equivalent degree. Experience in protein purification and biochemical assays.
Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in X-ray crystallography, Structural biology or Biophysics lab. Good oral and written communication skills.

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- (Consolidated) per month.
