Project Associate I (1 Position)
Project Title: Deciphering the role of exosomes of haematophagous pathogen, Haemonchus contortus in host pathogen interactions and possibilities of its therapeutic use” PI: Dr. Anand Srivastava, Scientist-E.
Tenable upto: One Year (extendable upon performance)
Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree in Natural Sciences with experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or Science and technology organizations.
Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in molecular biology, cell culture, cloning of genes, expression and purification of proteins, mass spectrometry will be given preference.
Fellowship amount: Rs.25000/-PM +24% HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines.
Age: 30 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions).
Project Associate II (1 Position)
Project Title: Extraction and evaluation of small molecules from medicinal plants with therapeutic potential against theileriosis” PI: Dr. Anand Srivastava.
Tenable upto: One
Year (extendable upon performance)Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree in Natural Sciences/Pharmacy with experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or Science and technology organizations.
Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in Natural product chemistry, Soxlation, Isolation of and characterization of active molecules from a plant source, HPTLC, HPLC, etc will be given preference.
Fellowship amount: Rs.35000/-PM +24% HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines
Age: 35 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions).

Applications are to be filled ONLINE. Online link for submission of application is available from 18-10-2023 and the last date is 03-11-2023 by 5 PM. Candidates must fill the online application form at www.niab.res.in. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last minute technical issues. No need to send hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained. Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed by duly constituted selection committee through online mode. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, and experience certificates are required to be submitted at the time of joining.
