Title of Project: Structural insight regarding the interaction between the processivity clamp and DNA polymerase I in prokaryotes.
Duration: Initially for one year with further extension upon review.
Age Limit: Below 35 years
Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification
. Minimum 60% marks is required to qualify for the interview. Practical knowledge of microbiology assays, protein purification, and biochemical assays is required.Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Molecular Biology and Research Experience in enzymes involved in the processing of Nucleic Acids.
