Location – Kota, Rajasthan.

Brief:To be responsible to

liaison cross-functional team of product development, packaging development and manufacturing personnel to develop new products for a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback.
  • Hands on experience required in product development, recipe formulations and up- to – date information on ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Detailed knowledge of FSSAI regulations and other packaging & food compliance bodies.
  • Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research.
  • Closely work with R&D, SCM and operation teams.
  • Assist in thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms.
  • Develop the intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research and consumer insights.
  • Develop pricing strategy and profitability plans using product innovation.
  • Lead strategic project for the brand from time to time.
