About the job 

• The Technical Writer – (Product) is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for Elucidata’s products, services, and processes.
• This position requires a strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
• The Technical Writer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain product documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
• Write and edit technical documentation to meet the brand’s style, tone, and quality standards.
• Research and analyze technical information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain a content library and knowledge base for internal and external users.
• Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides.
• Participate in the review and revision process for technical content.
• Create and deliver training materials to users on the proper use and maintenance of products.
