Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of “Project Scientist” on a contract basis for the “Centre for Brain and Mind’ project funded by Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies (RNP) under Dr. Y.C. Janardhan Reddy, Professor and Head, Department of Psychiatry & Principal Investigator.

#The appointments are contractual for a period of one year; further extension is contingent on the performance of the candidate (up to the end of the Project period i.e., 31st March 2028).

  1. 2 years of experience in cell culture post-PhD.
  2. 1 year of experience working with stem cells including induced pluripotent stem cells/embryonic stem cells and 3D cultures.
    OR
  3. Strong background in the field of population genetics/ molecular genetics
  4. 1 year of experience working with genomics/ epigenomics/ transcriptomics data
    OR
    At least 2 years of experience in modeling network complexity and evolutionary computation.
