Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be involved in process development and manufacturing for production of Lentiviral vector for CART cell therapy.
- Development of seed inoculum for manufacturing batch.
- Expansion of cell culture to desired level.
- Bioreactor seeding for mammalian cell culture.
- Transfection of cells.
- Downstream processing of vector.
- Knowledge of maintaining process development record.
- Tech transfer of process to manufacturing.
- Preparation of SOPs.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis software
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- PhD in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry or relevant filed plus 3 to 4 years relevant experience in downstream process development in Biopharmaceutical industry or Master’s degree with 6 plus years of relevant experience.
- Industry experience is required.
Desired Qualities
- Mammalian cell culture knowledge in industrial setting,
- Experience in use and optimization of bioreactor process .
- Handling of mammalian cell cultures.
- Experience in cGMP setting is desirable.
- Working as part of a cohesive team.
