Project Title:- “Role of ferroptosis in breast cancer drug resistance and treatment.”

Reporting Time: 09:45 am to 10:15 am.
Educational Qualification & Experience: *M.Sc. in Life Sciences or equivalent with CSIR-UGC NET and GATE qualification. Candidate MUST have a demonstrated experience in experimental biology with first-hand experience in Mammalian tissue culture handling, Gene cloning and expression, Transient transfections, Lentivirus production and stable gene expression and knock-down, Cell viability assays, Western-blot analysis, QPCR and Immunofluorescence staining.
Desirable experience in mice modelling and tissue-based analysis. Candidates with published research article(s) with the above-mentioned techniques will be preferred
*M.Sc. degree having a duration of one year course will not be considered.
Selected candidates will have to join at the earliest; hence result-awaited candidates will not be eligible to apply for the post.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 38,440/- per month. (Rs. 31,000/-+24%HRA) p.m.

I maintain detailed records, perform appropriate controls, and replicate experiments to ensure reproducibility. I also conduct thorough data analysis using appropriate statistical methods to derive meaningful conclusions.
- How do you manage your time and prioritize tasks in a research setting? Answer: In a research environment, I prioritize tasks based on project timelines and deadlines. I create a detailed plan, set milestones, and allocate time accordingly. I maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth progress of the project. I am adaptable and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
