Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellows (JRF) and Research Assistant for an ICMR-funded project (GIA/2019/000941/PRCGIA) entitled “A Study to Evaluate the Treatment Outcome, Safety, Plasma Concentration and Quality of Life of Bedaquiline Treatment in North Indian Patients of MDR-TB” under Principal Investigator, Dr. Shoma Mukherjee and Co-PIs, Dr. Sandeep K Shukla & Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain.

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Name of the Project: “A Study to Evaluate the Treatment Outcome, Safety, Plasma Concentration and Quality of Life of Bedaquiline Treatment in North Indian Patients of MDR-TB”
Name of the PI: Dr. Shoma Mukherjee
Name of the Co-PIs: Dr. Sandeep K Shukla & Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 28 years, relaxable for SC/ST/OBC persons as per
Govt. of India rules.
Fellowship – Rs 31,000/- + 24% HRA
Educational Qualification – Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmacology/ Life Sciences or equivalent with minimum 60% marks at UG and PG level. All other qualification criteria should be as per ICMR guideline.
Experience: Candidate should have practical experience on HPLC/ LCMS based method development & validation of drugs in plasma. Those who do not have the relevant research experience need NOT apply.

Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years, relaxable for SC/ST/OBC persons as per Govt. of India rules.
Fellowship: Rs 31,000/ pm Fixed
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Life Sciences or equivalent/ Pharmacology/ Microbiology/ from a recognized university with 3 years work experience in Clinical Research from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
Experience: Experience in Phlebotomy will be preferred.
