The person is responsible for performing analysis of microbial limit test. He / She must also ensure compliance with ISO, GMP standards. Will responsible for handling of manpower, daily work allocation & review the reports.
Welcome to the Quality control lab
We are a team of ten supporting operations and formulation team. Team comprises of graduates/post graduates with science background. Team is very much open to adapt simplification and digitalization, thereby support stakeholders by delivering results faster.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by –
- Hands on experience of Microbial limit test.
- Preparation & Upgradation of microbial SOP’s.
- Review of documents, work allocation to team members.
- Procurement & Review of media stock, media preparation & destruction autoclave records.
- Data compilation for Environment pathogen monitoring program trend.
- Checking maintenance and subculturing of standard cultures.
- Awareness of QMS documents like laboratory incidents, OOS, Deviation etc.
- Analysis of compliant batches and preparation of reports.
To succeed you must hold
- M. Sc (Microbiology)
- 6-7 years of experience in the Pharma/ food industry.
Location – Synergia Life Sciences Pvt Ltd (Now a part of Novozymes) in Wada (Palghar).
