Job Description:

Fare Labs Pvt. Ltd is urgently looking for Scientist in Gas Chromatography Department in handling all the key responsibilities mentioned below.

Work Experience:

1. Experience of working in an ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 accredited laboratory;
2. Operation and maintenance of GC-FID/ECD/TCD;
3. Analysis of O2, N2, H2, CH4, Hydrocarbons, CO & CO2 in Gases & Air samples;
4. Experience in handling ISO Audits/Customer audits/Regulatory body audits;
5. Review of Internal and External Audit Reports;
6. Analysis of data and reporting results;
7. Preparation and analysis of samples;
8. Knowledge on: Quality control, Analytical Chemistry, Analytical method development, Gas Chromatography;
9. Good Computer & communication skills;
10. Experience in planning, work allotment, work sheet requests and troubleshooting;
11. Maintenance and handling of standards, columns, reagents, chemicals, lab ware in an appropriate manner to ensure their suitability for tests;
12. Preparation and revision of applicable SOPs, MVRs, Protocols and Reports.
13. Review of PT/ILC Reports and advise effective CAPAs, for timely implementation, as required;
14. Maintenance of records of all quality activities as per the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017;
15. Experience in analysis of different food samples by using GC as per National and International methods, customer supplied STP’s and in-house validated protocols;
16. Handling a team of testing personnel and supervise them taking overall responsibility wrt to operation and Quality aspects of the division;
17. Excellence in deliverables wrt to Quality Service to the clients.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Education – Master in Food Technology
• Experience – 2-5 years of hand experience in NABL accredited laboratory
