- What is your experience with conducting research in the field of breast cancer?
Answer: As a Senior Research Fellow, I have two years of research experience in the field of Life Sciences, with a focus on Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Microbiology. Specifically, I have worked on breast cancer research and have experience handling mice in laboratory settings. - How have you utilized DZNepA as a therapeutic drug candidate for breast cancer treatment in your previous research?
Answer: In my previous research, I have utilized DZNepA as a therapeutic drug candidate for breast cancer treatment by assessing its impact on cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. I have observed that DZNepA reduces cancer cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in vitro, and reduces tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. - Can you explain the mechanism of action of DZNepA in breast cancer treatment?
Answer: DZNepA is a histone methyltransferase inhibitor that induces apoptosis in cancer cells by reducing the activity of the oncogenic EZH2 protein, which is overexpressed in breast cancer cells. By reducing the activity of EZH2, DZNepA decreases the proliferation and survival of cancer cells. - How have you used NET-JRF/NETLS/GATE in your research work?
Answer: I have qualified for NET-JRF/NETLS/GATE, and have utilized my qualification in my research work by designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results. I have also used my knowledge gained through NET-JRF/NETLS/GATE to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Life Sciences. - How would you approach a new research project related to breast cancer?
Answer: If given a new research project related to breast cancer, I would begin by conducting a thorough literature review to assess the current state of knowledge and identify any gaps in the research. I would then design experiments to address these gaps and collect data, analyze the results, and draw conclusions based on my findings. I would also work collaboratively with other researchers and utilize the latest technologies and techniques in the field to ensure the success of the project.
