Job Title: Application Scientist – Computational Biology – Bioinformatics
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Eligbility Criteria:
- PhD in Computational Biology Bioinformatics
- work and experience should be in early-stage in silico drug discovery
- Hands-on experience in using molecular-modeling software
- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
- Programming skils – Python, C/C++
- Experience with machine learning algorithm will be a plus
- 1-2 experience working in a pharmaceutical company will be a plus
- Skilled to use online platforms for presentations/Demo
- Skilled to install software on Workstation/HPC/Server, debug technical issues
- Ability to travel alone across India
Job Description:
The role requires a deep understanding of Computational Drug Discovery and Computational Biology. The role requires working on R&D projects using PRinS3 platform, discussing research projects with the customers, giving presentations and the demo of the platform. This role also involves working on publication-quality research work in collaboration with colleagues, customers, or others.
