Applications are to be filled ONLINE. The online link for submission of the application is available from 14-10-2022 and the last date for submission is 28-10-2022 by 05:00 PM. Candidates must fill online application form at www.niab.org.in. Candidates are advised to fill out the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last-minute technical issues. No need to send a hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.
Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed online by a duly constituted
selection committee through zoom/google/skype meet. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, and experience certificates are required to be submitted at the time of joining.Eligibility – Post Graduate degree in professional courses or Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology). Candidates having prior experience in molecular techniques involving nucleic acid isolation, quantification, amplification and with mammalian cell culture and virus culturing experiences will be preferred.
Fellowship Amount –
- 31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE (b) A selection process through National-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
- 25,000/- + HRA for others eligible but who don’t fall under (i) above.
