HaystackAnalytics is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is proactive and highly motivated, willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done to work with our partners towards smooth working of our infectious disease tests. The candidate must be willing to work outside their safe zones, dealing with the fast-paced nature of start-ups and working with people in an amicable way. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the candidate should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Job Description
Technical Associate
1-3 Years’ Experience
Work from Office
CTC 2.5-4 LPA
Responsibilities
- Work with diagnostic lab partners for smooth functioning of the infectious disease test
- Support partners to ensure timely upgrades to the test are done
- Provide technical support as needed
- Follow and maintain standard operating procedures
- Document activities
- Execute activities and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Requirement
- Preference to the candidate with 1+ years experience in microbiology and diagnostics
- Experience in infectious disease and has worked with blood culture platforms
- Ability to quickly prioritize and execute tasks
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Exposure to molecular diagnostics/ sequencing
