WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Post I

Name of the Post – Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of Posts – 01

Name of the Project: To investigate the inhibitory effect of various medicinal plants used in the Ayurvedic system against dental caries causing microorganisms.

Duration: One and a half (1.5) Years

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as of 01.01.2022.

Post II

Name of the Post – Project Assistant (PA)

No. of Posts – 01

Name of the Project: In-vitro screening of plants/vegetables/fruits/herbs for their suitability as prebiotics.

Duration: Two (2) Years

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as of 01.01.2022.

How to Apply –

Walk-in-interview for 01 post each of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Microbiology and Project Assistant (PA) Microbiology will be held at Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Jhansi

14.11.2022 at 9.30 AM onwards as per details given below.

General terms and conditions –

1. The engagement would be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the project and no claim for the continuance of regular appointments will be entertained.
2. The appointment of all categories of project personnel would be made initially for twelve months and extended for another term of twelve months or six months at a time, and the total duration will not exceed the project period, i.e., two years and one and a half years respectively.
3. The eligibility of candidates in respect of age will be determined as of 01.01.2022 & Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC etc. candidates as per Govt, of India Rules.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Post I

Remuneration – Rs. 31000 + HRA (18%) (per month)

Essential – Post Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology and relevant subjects.

Desirable – Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s in Microbiology with experience in Microbiology techniques, including anaerobic culture, subculturing, preservation, antimicrobial assay, MIC, and preparation of extracts from plant materials.

Post II

Remuneration – Rs. 25000 (Consolidated per month)

Essential – Post Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology and relevant subjects.

Desirable – Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s in Microbiology with experience in Microbiology techniques, including anaerobic culture, subculturing, preservation, antimicrobial assay, MIC, and preparation of extracts from plant materials.
