About the job
Responsibilities
- Responsible for innovation and strategizing novel protein formulations in food applications, biotransformation, quantification and characterization.
- Setting up the lab protocols and processes from scratch helps and guides junior scientists to perform the same.
- Identify challenges and opportunities in the field of protein formulation development for food applications.
- Collaborate with other teams and support each other at various stages.
- Designs study plans and outline the experimental structure.
- Conduct laboratory studies, evaluate and troubleshoot efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation of experiments, SOPs and making reports.
- Help team members and management interpret the outcomes of the processes.
Qualifications
- PhD in Biochemistry/Life Sciences with industrial experience in the field of protein biochemistry.
- Expertise in the field of protein biochemistry, enzyme biotransformations, protein quantifications and protein characterization.
