Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in Project activities and contribute to scientific/developmental experiments for the testing of drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), and processes within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Team Lead/Department Head;
- Maintain and qualify equipment/infrastructure and operational aspects in the lab as assigned.
- Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective planning, quality execution and organization of work are anticipated.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Strong basics in biotechnology/biochemistry subjects.
- Basic knowledge of different Immunochemistry methods.
- Basic knowledge of Analytical method development & validations.
- Effective planning and Good documentation practices.
- Must have strong communication skills, technical writing & presentation skills.
Qualification & Language:
- M.Sc.. with a minimum of 1-5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industrial work experience.
- Good soft skills and documentation skills with proficient technical writing skills
Experience: (Not mandatory but added advantage)
- Development & optimization of characterization methods such as but not limited to ELISA, IN-VIVO Methods etc. for testing human vaccines.
- Participate in the Analytical & Manufacturing investigations.
- Adherence to appropriate standards as defined in Quality Manual, SOPs, ethical, health, safety, environment (HSE), and information security (ISEC) guidelines.
- Experience in Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments
Successful and effective execution of assigned tasks within given timelines at expected quality; right the first time & on time; demonstrate initiative and strive for high level of quality - Have the ability to manage time effectively and able to perform different works under tight timelines.
- This position may require very minimal travel.
- This position requires the incumbent to be available all the time on a need basis.
- This position will suit an individual who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data.
- Awareness of safety regulations and safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
