Highly motivated and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the JRF position (Leading to Ph.D.) at the ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. Interested candidates may download the application form from www.nin.res.in and fill in his/her own handwriting, and may send it to the Principal Investigator, Dr Shobi Veleri, Scientist-E, Drug toxicology Division by email ([email protected]) along with the soft copies of certificates of educational qualifications and JRF certificate in PDF format. The last date for receiving applications is 17-09-2022. Short-listed candidates will be called for a personal interview/ discussion with the Principal Investigator/ Academic Council of NIN.
Job Title – Junior Research Fellow

Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry /Biotechnology /Life Sciences
(from a recognized University) qualified with ICMR/CSIR/UGC/ DST-INSPIRE JRF EXAM WITH JRF FELLOWSHIP ONLY. CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR NET FOR PROJECT JRF OR LECTURESHIP ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
Desirable qualification: Experience in handling animal experiments.
Areas of research: Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics.
Age: Below 28 years as of the date of notification.
Stipend: As per rules of ICMR / CSIR / DBT / UGC /DST.
The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualification, ICMR/CSIR/ DBT /DST -NET JRF-fellowship qualified letter and Community Certificate along with a set of photocopies of the same duly self-attested and latest passport size photo and complete bio-data while attending the personal discussion/interview. No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
General Conditions: ICMR/CSIR/ DBT /UGC/DST Fellowship Rules are applicable for the above JRF position. The selected candidate will have no right to claim any regular employment at this Institute.
