Job Name – Knowledge Analyst – Life Sciences

Location – Gurugram

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be based out of our office in Gurugram as part of our Life Sciences practice.

You’ll be part of our team’s global knowledge network which consists of over 50 professionals. We have knowledge professionals in major hubs in Waltham, New Jersey, Brazil, London, Brussels, Poland, Lisbon, India, Japan, and China. You will specifically be a part of a joint initiative between the knowledge center and the consulting office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will work along with consultants and clients to solve client problems across the Life Sciences Operations domain.

In this role, you will help our consultants apply cutting-edge industry knowledge to client problem-solving. You will carry out diagnostics as well as participate in client engagements on manufacturing, cost excellence, digital transforma

tion and quality, etc. You will also deliver high quality work by independently delivering against parts of a work stream, managing own deliverables or proposing additional relevant analytics and avenues of research.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in pharmacy/life sciences or biotech, biochemistry preferred; postgraduate degree in business administration or masters in pharmacy/biotech
• 2+ years of ops/quality experience in life sciences, consumer or automotive industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry, economic, financial and general business concepts and terminology is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong IT skills including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic business tools.
• Digital skills such as setting up models and automation, basic coding skills etc. are desired.
• Knowledge of Asian languages; fluency in Japanese is a plus.
