Post – Research Assistant – Analytical Study Project

Project / Title – Analytical Study project

Brief Description About the Project –

To assess various biochemical assays for research projects at SJRI. This involves the use of stable isotopic techniques to measure vitamin pool size, amino acids and body composition studies and project-related responsibilities.

Duration – Initial period 6 months, extension possible up to 1 year subject to satisfactory performance.

Salary – Rs.20,000/-pm

Preferred Language – English, Kannada.

Preferred Qualifications – M.Sc. Biotechnology/Biochemistry

Roles & Responsibilities –

• In Lab-sample analysis of various ongoing projects (development of new biochemical assays’.
• Handling HPLC and LCMS instruments.
• Assisting the study coordinator/ Biochemist in setting up new experiments.
