Location – Pune, Maharashtra, India On-site

Reporting to – Regulatory Manager
Experience – 2-5 years
Responsibilities –
- Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are implemented and maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date ISMS procedures and ensure they are being applied.
- Take the lead in conducting regular spot checks / audits and reviews to ensure compliance to standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of compliance activities for reference purposes.
- Assist in enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
- Providing compliance guidance to employees on a day-to-day basis around policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Complete special compliance projects as assigned.
- Assist in Internal and External Audits.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conduct research on specific projects for our global clients to help them bring new products to market.
- Conducting risk assessments, monitoring business systems to identify potential threats and proposing appropriate solutions.
Must Have
- Good understanding of quality standards.
- Experience of creating and improving processes.
- Hands-on experience of quality audits.
- Knowledge of ISO-27001 And ISO-13485.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in self-development.

Educational Qualifications –
