- The prescribed essential qualifications are the bare minimum and mere possession of the same will not entitle the candidate to be called for an interview. The Institute reserves the right to select a suitable candidate.

Qualifications
Essential –
- Sr. Project Associate:(Sr.PAso) M.Sc. in Microbiology with four years of experience in
a research lab or PhD in Microbiology; with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. - Project Assistant: (PAsst) First class B.Sc. in Microbiology.
Desirable –
(i) Sr. Project Associate:
- 4 years of experience in research, teaching, design & development experience.
(ii) Project Assistant:
- First-class M.sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology or related discipline
- CSIR/UGC/ICMR/ICAR/PET(SPPU) qualified.
- Experience in Bioinformatics, Animal Tissue culture.
Monthly stipend –
- Sr. Project Associate:(Sr.PAso) Rs.42000/- + HRA
- Project Assistant: (PAsst) Rs.20000/- + HRA
