Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary position of Project Fellow to work In the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA2.0) sponsored thematic research project “Component10: Research, Innovation and Quality Improvement”– Biological Sciences under the supervision of Dr A. Antony Joseph Velanganni, Department of Biochemistry, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli -620024.
Name of the Post – Project Fellow
Title of the Project – Identification, characterization and functional analysis of immunomodulatory miRNAs in cancer
Area of work – Genetics and epigenetics of cancer/biomarkers of cancer
Duration – 1 Year. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Age Limit – Upper age limit 28years (Relaxation:5years for SC/ ST)

Fellowship – Rs.14,000/-pm(consolidated)
Essential – M.Sc./ M.Phil (Biochemistry/Lifescience/Microbiology/Biotechnology) with a minimum of 60% marks/CGPA 6.1 and above
Desired – Practical Knowledge in Animal/human cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
