TIGS is a program driven research institute with a focus on solving pressing societal challenges. We are seeking applications from enthusiastic candidates to join as Research Assistant (SRF grade) in a collaborative project initiated with inStem, a premiere institute in the country focusing on regenerative medicine. Successful candidates will work on developing induced pluripotent stem cell-based disease models for congenital myopathies.

Research Assistant (RA-08): To support stem cell and disease modelling platforms.

Essential Qualifications/Requirements –
- Master’s degree in any branch of biological science with 2 years of relevant research experience.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in cell culture, transfection and molecular biology techniques like vector construction.
- Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently, coupled with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
