The cover letter should summarize the candidate’s research accomplishments on one page. The Curriculum Vitae should contain details of his/ her technical expertise and a list of publications. - The candidates selected for the above post will be on contract for one year or the duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.
- No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.
- Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e. SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH and attach documentary proof of the same.
- No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.
- Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email about the date and time of the interview. The interview will be held online through video conferencing.

Emoluments – Rs. 47,000 per month plus 24 percent HRA (as per DST OM dated 30.01.2019)
Educational Qualifications – PhD degree in molecular immunology, molecular biology or infectious disease biology.
Job description and desired knowledge –
The responsibilities assigned to the candidate will require an in-depth knowledge of molecular immunology, molecular biology and infectious disease biology. The candidate will be required to carry out research activities within the predetermined scope and methodology of the project.
The incumbent should have a solid background in molecular biology and immunological techniques. The incumbent should have bench-level experience in, but not limited to, the following techniques: Cloning, transfection, mammalian culture, expression and purification proteins/ recombinant antibodies, flow cytometry, single-cell PCR, mice handling, B cell subset analysis and nucleotide sequence analysis.
The candidate should have at least one first-author research article in an international peer-reviewed journal.
