The walk-in-personal discussion/Virtual interview/written test is proposed to be
conducted to fill up the following posts on a purely temporary basis in the research projects
entitled “Phase-I-II Clinical Trial on Safety, Immunogenicity and Probing Efficacy of the Revived Recombinant Vaccine against Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)” funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research under Division of Reproductive Biology, Maternal & Child Health, ICMR, New Delhi on 2nd March 2022, at 11.00 AM. ICMR Hqrs., New Delhi.

How to Apply –

Candidates who fulfil the requisite qualification and wish to appear for the walk-in-personal discussion/written test can download the format given on the website. A duly filled application along with the copies of certificates should be submitted at the time of walk-in-personal discussion/Virtual interview/written test between 11:00 AM. If it is a virtual interview then all candidates should be registered till 10:30 AM and candidates who will be registering after 10:30 AM will not be entertained for the virtual interview. Similarly, if it will be a physical interview then all candidates should reach ICMR no later than 10:00 AM. Whether it will be a virtual or physical interview that will be informed or placed on the website one week before the interview. The candidates are also required to bring their original certificates for verification in support of age, qualifications, experience and category (if applicable), etc., one self-attested copy of each of the certificate/documents and seven copies of the duly filled application in the prescribed format.

Other Terms and Conditions –

1. The posts are to be filled up on a purely temporary basis.
2. Incomplete/late applications will be rejected.
3. Without signed applications will be rejected.
4. The application will only be accepted in the prescribed format.
5. After 10:00 AM no candidate will be entertained for walk-in-personal discussion/ Virtual
   interview/written test for all the above-mentioned posts.
6. Any canvassing on behalf of the candidate or attempting to bring external influence with
   regard to selection/recruitment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.
7. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per DOPT rules.
8. Selection shall be by competitive test and/or interview.
9. One time age relaxation for staff working in ICMR Projects at ICMR Institute/Centres will
   be allowed.
10. No benefit of Provident Fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc.
    will be considered, since the posts are on a purely temporary/ad-hoc basis.
11. No TA/DA etc. will be given to attend the walk-in-personal discussion/ Virtual
    interview/written test.
12. The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side without assigning
    any reason.
13. Since the project is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will have no claim for
    regular appointments under ICMR or continuation of their services in any other project.
14. Candidates desirous of the above posts should email a copy of the completed
    application form in a given format to [email protected] latest by 21/02/2022. The eligible candidates will be called for personal discussion virtually at ICMR Hqrs. Office, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110 029 on the date and time which will be announced later on.

For Post I & II

Salary – Rs. 51,000 + 30% HRA pm fixed

Essential Qualifications –

1st class Master’s degree (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry) from a recognized University with 4 years experience in the relevant subject.
OR
2nd class M.Sc. + Ph.D degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 years experience.

Desirable Qualifications –

1. Doctorate in related subject from a recognized university.
2. Additional post-doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subject in recognized institute(s).
3. Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.
4. Knowledge in coordination and conducting clinical trials. Knowledge in regulating aspects & clinical trials.

Nature of Duties – Assisting in Conducting, Monitoring and Co-ordinating all the
activities of the project.
