WALK IN INTERVIEW

Walk-in-interview will be held on 14.02.2022 at 11.00 AM at this Directorate for one post of Young Professional (YP-I) under the scheme “Evaluation of Impact of elevated CO2 and temperature on crop and weed infestation, dynamics and herbicide bio-efficacy, Project Under NICRA” from ICAR project. The post is co-terminus with the project which ends in 2024-25, but the initial recruitment will be for one year and this may be extended further as per the development in the project and performance of the YP- I.

Terms & Conditions –

1. The appointment will be purely temporary on a contractual and co-terminus basis. There is no provision of absorption or reemployment in the ICAR/DWR after completion of the project.
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
3. Applicants must bring with them original documents and a brief of research work carried out by them along with one set of photocopies of the documents.
4. No objection certificate from the employer in case he/she is employed elsewhere.
5. Experience certificate in original, if any.
6. All candidates are expected to present 60 minutes before the scheduled time and date of the interview for necessary formalities.
7. The decision of the competent authority will be final and binding in all respect.

The above post is purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis. The selected
candidate will have no right/claim for regular appointment at this Directorate. Interested candidates are required to appear for the ”Walk-in-interview” on the date and time as specified above at this Directorate along with their application giving full BIO-DATA with attested copies of testimonials and one passport size photograph. Original Certificates need to be produced at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.

Emoluments – Rs. 25,000/- per month (Fixed)

Essential Qualifications – Bachelor degree in Science/ Agriculture/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Botany/Chemistry/Plant Physiology/Microbiology etc. with a minimum of 60% of Marks.

Desirable Qualifications – One year of research experience in the research project or other research/lab or industry experience, dissertation work etc.
