Interested/eligible candidates may download the application form from the institute website (www.ils.res.in) and apply along with self-attested copies of mark sheets, certificates, as well as copies of publications and PhD thesis synopsis to “The Director, Institute of Life Sciences, Nalco Square, Bhubaneswar-751023”. Superscribe the envelope with “Advt. no. / Date & Application for the position of ………………..”. Incomplete applications without the above-mentioned documents will be rejected.
The selected candidate will not have any right to claim explicit or implicit for any post in the Institute of Life Sciences. Only names of shortlisted candidates will be published on the Institute website
and a separate call letter will not be issued. No TA/DA will be given for attending the inte rview. The decision of the D irector regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard- Last date for receiving an application – is 01.03.2022

Eligibility – Candidates having PhD in any branch of Life Sciences are eligible to apply. Research experience in Virology, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology and infectious disease biology will be preferred. Candidates with first author papers in peer-reviewed journals (PubMed listed) will be preferred. Candidates who have submitted Ph .D. thesis and are waiting for viva voce may also apply. For such candidates, the fellowship
amount will be that of an SRF until he/she defends PhD thesis.
Fellowship – Rs. 47,000/- plus at 16 percent HRA pm
