About the Role – To coordinate the implementation of the Ferrero Quality management system and maintain documents required for food safety and quality certifications.
Main Responsibilities –
- Co-ordinate quality audits both Internal & External & ensure certifications.
- Comply with a schedule of Internal audits and FQD self-assessments
- Training on Food safety and QMS as per plan
- In charge of group quality certification
- Be the point of contact for quality audits (internal and external)
- In charge of tractability in the factory
- Write the manual and procedures and manage plant quality documentation.
- In charge of ensuring online food safety e.g. PRPs implementation
- In charge of tracking of audit observations and ensuring completion of audits observations
- In charge of ensuring quality training activities.
Who we are looking for –
- Master’s degree or Bachler degree in Food Technology
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG
- Good level of Food Safety Management System and Quality Management System.
- Practical knowledge on food safety prerequisites such as pest Control, Cleaning and sanitation.
- Should have knowledge on Root cause analysis using problem solving tools.
- Good level of knowledge in HACCP and global requirements such as FSMA.
