Minimum qualification – M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biological Science with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA; CSIR/ UGC/ ICMR/ NET/ GATE qualified candidates will be given preference. Candidates with a good academic record, skills in the technique used in biology (microbial Culturing/PCR /qPCR / Prototype development) are desirable.
Registration for Ph.D. – Selected candidates can register for the PhD program at SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
Amount of fellowship – The selected candidate will receive a fixed fellowship of INR. 31,000 + 9% HRA / month in the first two years and Rs 35000 + 9% HRA / month for the third year. Terms and conditions will be followed as per the ICMR guidelines.
