Interview for Project Assistant position

Name of the Project – “Studying Met signaling during mammalian skeletal muscle development, regeneration and disease.”.
Name of the PI – Dr Masum Saini, DBT/Wellcome Trust India Alliance Early Career Fellow
Duration – Initially for 6 months contingent to satisfactory performance during this period, extendable further for the duration of the project based on evaluation of performance.
Age Limit – Below 28 Years

Essential Qualifications – M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/related field, with minimum 70% marks or equivalent grade.
Desirable Qualifications –
- Strong work ethic, motivation for a career in research, communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Practical knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, western blotting etc. is preferred.
- Prior experience of working with mouse models/animal handling is desirable.
- Basic computer skills such as accessing and searching biological databases, working
knowledge of MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint is needed.
