Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Trials Research Manager (CTRM)

MNR Educational Trust governs 41 institutions with about 42,000 students and 1800 faculty members, offering courses from primary education to post graduation & research. Trust governs institutes of higher education that offer courses in the fields of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing, homoeopathy, education, science, engineering and technology.“Enriching lives through Education & Health” is the main motto of the Trust.

MNR Academy of Higher Education and Research (MNR-HERA) Campus, located at
Sangareddy, Gr. Hyderabad is a lush green 110-acre campus with more than 12,00,000 sft. of built-up area with all modern amenities. It is one among the largest private educational
campuses in the state of Telangana that houses eight (8) professional colleges in single campus. MNR-HERA Campus houses the following institutions providing educational and health services

• MNR Medical College & Hospital (with attached 650 bedded hospital)
• MNR Dental College & Hospital (with 200 dental units)
• MNR Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital (with attached 100 bedded hospital)
• MNR College of Pharmacy

In addition to the above, MNR Medical College Hospital is planning to establish a Clinical Trial Research Division (CTRD) & promote Clinical trial research for testing new medicines or vaccines or to investigate new combinations of existing treatments / to compare new treatments with accepted treatments for developing efficient and affordable healthcare innovations by partnering with leading Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies and other SMEs.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates with following prerequisites for the post of
Clinical Trials Research Manager (CTRM) –

Prerequisites –

1. Post-Graduation in Science/ M. Pharmacy/ M. Sc., Pharmacology/MBA/ MBBS/Ph.D. in Life Sciences
2. Minimum 5 years of Clinical Trials & Research experience from reputed CROs.
3. Strong knowledge of the clinical research process, working knowledge of all functional
   areas of clinical trials and medical terminology.
4. Ability of planning, study design, coordinate, and management of clinical trials including
   good documentation practice.
5. Participate in corporate QA/QC activities through Internal Quality Audit Team (IQAT), and internal/ external audits, inspections as applicable.
6. Conduct training sessions (if required), for new site personnel on GCP and study protocol
   requirements.
7. Knowledge of current GCP/ICH/CDSCO/DHR guidelines applicable to the conduct of clinical research.
