Name of the Project: Development of new and Utilization of existing CRISPR-Cas tools to understand genetic regulators of cytoskeleton in cardiomyocyte.
Funding Agency: DST-SERB
Tenure of the post: 6 months or till the end of the project duration.
Age Max: Should not be more than 30 years.

Master’s degree in any area of Biological Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET-JRF/LS, or GATE (with a valid score) will be preferred.
Preference:
Should commit to working for at least six months. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
- handling human and mouse cell lines.
- bioinformatics (able to set up pipelines for NGS data (targeted resequencing, transcriptome, ChIP) analysis
- molecular biology and statistical knowledge
