Tenure & Duration of Project: The position is purely temporary initially for a period of one year with the possibility of extension contingent on satisfactory performance till the tenure of the project. The candidate will be governed by the DST guidelines.
Age: The upper age limit is 50 years as of the date of this advertisement.

Candidates desirous of pursuing
a PhD (as per Panjab University guidelines) are encouraged to apply. A valid Email address frequently used by the candidate must be mentioned in the covering letter. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/- plus HRA
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Engineering and Technology (Biotechnology / Biotechnology Engineering/ Bioengineering) from a recognized University/ Institute/College.
Desirable Qualifications: B.E./M.E./M.Tech. (Biotechnology/Biotechnology Engineering/
Bioengineering). The candidate should have experience in handling regular laboratory
experiments, possess knowledge of cell & molecular biology and analytical techniques in
biotechnology/bioengineering.
