Name of the Project: “Studies on host pathogen interaction and development of vaccine against zoonotic coronaviruses”
Period: The engagement is purely on a temporary/contractual basis, coterminous with the termination of the project or earlier without assigning any reasons thereof. The likely date of project completion is May 2023.

Selection procedure: The eligible candidates may appear
directly in a “Walk-in-Interview’’ on 27.08.2021 at 11 A.M in Recombinant DNA Lab, Division of Veterinary Biotechnology, IVRI, Izatnagar, UP. Candidates are required to furnish all the testimonials in original at the time of interview. It may please be noted that TA/DA will NOT be given for appearing in the interview. The upper age limit as of the date of interview shall be 35 years. A relaxation of 5 years in the case of women candidates is applicable.Emoluments: Rs.31000/- pm plus HRA
Essential Qualification:
MSc degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology or Life Sciences subjects with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post-graduate degrees in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Qualification:
Experience in gene cloning, animal cell culture with analytical skills related to assessment of serological assays and immune response. Experience in handling mice. Good knowledge of computers including research data analysis.
