Essential Qualifications:
- PhD in Natural Science (Biotechnology/Life Science). Applicant should have at the very least 2 proteomics associated publications in science citation indexed (SCI) Journal.
- Applicant should have at the very least 3 years experience in R & d in Industrial
as well as Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and also Scientific activities as well as services.
Desirable Qualifications: The candidate must have hands-on experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics (proteomics sample prep work, data collection as well as data analysis). Ought to have a strong working knowledge of DIA/SWATH-MS workflow. This multi-institutional project needs validation of molecular signature identified earlier in the laboratory using MRM or PRM. The candidate must have also knowledge of different enrichment tools for PTM analysis. Added knowledge of clinical mass spectrometry data analysis and also statistical analysis will certainly be given preference.
