The following posts are to be filled up on a purely temporary basis under the ad-hoc project entitled “Priorities for the Environmental Dimension of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in India” under Dr Shanta Dutta, Director of this Institute:
Post I

Title of Job: Scientist B (Non-Medical)

Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 16.07.2021.

Salary: Rs. 51,000/- (Corresponding to PB3 Rs.15,600/- to 39,100/- plus Grade Pay
Rs. 6,600/- plus HRA)
Essential Qualifications: 1 st class M.Sc. with 4 years experience or 2nd class M.Sc. with PhD with 4 years experience in the required subject (Environmental Science, Microbiology,
Biotechnology and other relevant Life Science subjects) from a recognized university.
Desirable:
- Additional research/ training experience in Environmental Science/ Antimicrobial resistance from recognized institute(s).
- Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management.
For Post II
Salary: Rs. 48,000/- (Corresponding to PB3 Rs.15,600/- to 39,100/- plus Grade Pay
Rs. 5,400/- plus HRA)
Essential Qualifications: 1 st class M.Sc. with 2 years experience or 2nd class M.Sc. with PhD with 2 years experience in the required subject (Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Sociology, Anthropology and other relevant subjects) from a recognized university.
Desirable:
- Additional research/ training experience in Environmental Science/ Antimicrobial resistance from recognized institute(s).
- Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management.
