Essential Qualifications: PhD in Natural Science (Biotechnology/Life Science) with minimal 60% marks in all qualifying exams. The candidate has to have at the very least one publication in the science citation indexed (SCI) journal.

Desirable Qualifications: The candidate needs to have hands-on experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics (proteomics sample prep work, data collection as well as data analysis). This project will deal with a placental proteomics study utilizing LC-MS/MS on store samples in Biobank to access the sample quality for proteomics. A small subset of samples will be utilized for differential proteomics utilizing the label-free quantitation method.

Fellowship: Rs. 60,762/- (Consolidated) per month.
