Applications are to be filled up ONLINE. On-line link for submission of application is available from 28-06-2021 and the last date is 19-07-2021. Candidates should fill up an online application form at www.niab.org.in. Candidates are advised to fill up the on-line application form in sufficient time prior to the last date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated via email and also interviewed by duly constituted selection committee online. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience certificates are needed to be submitted at the time of joining.
No need to send out a hard copy. Interim enquiries will certainly not be entertained.
For Post I
Fellowship: Rs 35,000 plus 24 percent HRA as per the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualification:
a. MSc (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology)/ Post Graduate Degree in.
Business Administration (MBA)/ Veterinary Sciences (MVSc) with NET qualification or
b. Non-NET-qualified candidates with a post-graduate degree in the above-mentioned disciplines can also apply; that will be paid based on DST guidelines.
Desired Experience: Candidate having 2 years experience of working on socio-economic aspect of rural development as well as ability to develop nanocarriers for delivery of nutrient will be given preference.
For Post II
Fellowship: Rs 31,000 plus 24 percent HRA as per the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualification:
a. MSc (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology)/ Post Graduate Degree in.
Business Administration (MBA)/ Veterinary Sciences (MVSc) with NET qualification or
b. Non-NET-qualified candidates with a post-graduate degree in Life Sciences can additionally apply; that will be paid according to DST guidelines.
Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in Molecular biology/Genomics/Genome.
sequencing/Animal Genetics and breeding/ Nanotechnology and having expertise to work with the large animal models will be given preference.
