Name of the Project: ‘Studying the mechanism of host adaptation by Campylobacter jejuni and developing strategies to control enteric commensalism in chicken’.
Name of the PI: Dr Rahul Das/Dr. Amirul Islam Mallick
Duration: This position is purely temporary as well as co-terminus with the aforementioned project (the fund is available as much as June 30, 2021).

Essential qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Molecular biology/microbiology/zoology or related field with 60 % marks in aggregate. Preference will certainly be given
to NET/ GATE qualified candidates.Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of working in a microbiology lab and also previous training in using immunological tools e.g. ELISA, Western blot, FACS, Immunofluorescence microscopy, qRTPCR.
Salary: Rs-12000 (+ HRA based on Institute rule) each month.
