Applications are invited from deserved and also suitable applicants for the post of Junior Research Fellow under the project entitled “Sub-Network 1: Studies on anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity of selected medicinal plants and formulations in cell culture model of virus” under DBT-AYUSH Network on R&D Activities related to SARS-CoV-2 Virus and COVID-19 Disease.

Duration: For 5 (five) months.
Duration of post: 2 months on contractual basis (likely to be extended up to Sep, 2021)
NoteThe above position is purely temporary and co- terminus with the project.

Consolidated monthly salary: Rs. 47,000/- plus 8 percent HRA. (As per DST
OM No.SR/S9/Z08/2018 dated 10.07.2020)
Essential Qualifications: PhD in Life Sciences or having 3 years of research
experience after M.Sc/M.Pharm/M. Tech with at least one research paper in science
citation indexed (SCI)Journal.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidate with experience in natural product research.
