Tenure of Project: Three years from November 2020 to October 2023/ completion
of the project, whichever is earlier.

2. Time: 9.30 AM (Candidates must reach the venue by 9 AM for confirmation of documents).
3. The entry of candidates will is permitted only till 12 Noon.
4. Venue: Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute (CSRTI), Manandavadi Road, Srirampura, Mysuru-570008.
5. Upper age limitation: 28 years as of 01/03/2021 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/ Physically challenged as well as women applicants).
6. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the interview.
7. The above-mentioned position is purely short-term on a contractual basis and also co-terminus with the project. Further claim for any post will not be entertained thereafter.

9. The decision of the Director shall be final and also binding in all respects.

Essential Qualification: M. Sc. in Microbiology.

Desirable Qualification: Applicants with knowledge of isolation, identification,
molecular and morpho-cultural characterization of fungal as well as bacterial bio-control
agents/pathogens. Applicants with experience in integrated disease management aspects
of soil-borne diseases in plants. Preference will be given to the applicants with NET
qualification.

Emoluments: Rs. 15000/- + admissible BRA each month. Candidates with NET will be paid Rs. 20,000/- + admissible BRA monthly for the first and 2nd year and Rs. 22500/- + admissible BRA each month for 3rd year (post will certainly convert into SRF in 3rd year).
