Job Description:

• Test for Bioburden, environmental monitoring swabs, as well as in-process samples
• Microbiological Testing of water samples for specified microorganisms
• Identification of Microbial cultures
• Maintenance and preparation of microbial cultures for GPT testing Growth promotion testing for microbiological media
• Testing of Biological Indicators Sample receipt and analysis
• Maintenance as well as monitoring of refrigerator
• Calibration of analytical weighing balance
• Calibration of micropipettes
• Operation and cleaning of BSC/ LAFU Operation of Milliflex pump
• Operation of Biological Incubators
• Operation of Compound Microscope
• Operation of Densicheck Operation of Vitek 2 Compact
• Seed lot characterization
• Monitoring of cleaning of clean area Prevention, clean up as well as sanitization after spillage
• Records maintenance and documentation
• Test for Viability & Gram’s staining
• Determination of Spore population of Biological Indicators
• Reporting OOS & excursions to supervisor

Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology or Biotechnology).

Experience: 2-4 years.
