Project Title: “Effect of early life stress on curiosity and learning”
Name of the PI: Dr Laxmi T Rao
Maximum Age Limit: 32 Years (Age relaxation up to 5 years for women/ SC/ ST/ OBC/Physically handicapped candidates as well as also to deserving candidates).
Duration of the project: 3 Years. The initial appointment will be made for a period of 12 months which will be extendable every 12 months for 3 years (or till the end of
the project) depending upon the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

The essential qualification for NIMHANS Job:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent Master’s degree/BVSc/BPharma with an excellent academic record.
- 2 years of research expertise in Animal behaviour studies, immunocytochemistry and also western bolt.
The desirable experience for NIMHANS Job: Experience in handling animals and also assessing animal behaviour, animal brain surgery, brain stimulation techniques, biochemical
assays, etc.
Salary: 35,000/- (Consolidated) per month.
