Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any type of working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM in addition to attested copies of certifications for one position of Post Doctorate Associate (PDRA) @ Rs 54,000 p.m.+ HRA @ 16% provided in the scheme, “Transforming India’s Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable food supplies (TIGR2ESS) Misc.(FC-5) (PC-5538)”
in Wheat Section for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.Name of the Post: Post Doctorate Associate (PDRA)

How to Apply:
The last date for the receipt of applications in the office duly completed in all respect is 21-7-2020. The incomplete applications or unsupported by requisite documents will not be entertained. The applicants should appear for interview on 28-7-2020 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned (Room No. 114, P.G. Building, PAU, Ludhiana). No separate info for an interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture/Biosciences with minimum OCPA 6.0/10.0 or 60 % marks.
- M. Sc. in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Genetics ‘crop plants’/ /Biosciences with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.00 or 65 % marks.
- Ph.D in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Genetics ‘crop plants’/ /Biosciences with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.00 or 65 % marks.
Desirable: Experience/research work in the relevant field.
