A Walk in interview for one· position each of Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow, Data Entry Operator & 2 positions of Young professional-I (1 position ERP MIS/FMS System & 1 position assessing impact of livestock diseases) under various projects will be held on 27.12.2017 at 11:00 AM in ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics, Yelahanka, Bengaluru-560 064 and all the positions are co-terminus with the respective projects. Candidates are required to bring testimonials in original and one set of self-attested copies of testimonials & one passport size colour photo along with completed application form (which may be downloaded from the website -www.nivedi.res.in), at the time of interview. Project Title : CMR (FAQ) Project: “To build capacity for integrated surveillance of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in pathogen / commensals in food producing animals, food of animal origin and their environment and food­borne pathogens from humans”

Job Title : Senior Research Fellow ( One positions)

Remuneration : Rs. 33,333/- per month (Consolidated)

Qualifications:

Essential 

• Master’s degree in Veterinary Public Health/Microbiology/Parasitology/Epidemiology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry
  OR
• M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Science from recognized university
  With 2 years of research experience with NET qualification

Desirable : Ph.D in Concerned subject, Research Experience in Microbiology as evidenced by Publications in Peer viewed journals. Good command in English with Scientific wr.iting skills.
