Job Title : Career Opportunities: Team Member – Analytics

Location : India – Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience : MSc/ BTech (Biochemistry or Biotechnology), having 1-2 years experience in development of analytical procedures with basic understanding of protein structure-function relationship.

Job Description :

1. Execution of Analytical Procedures for

•  Execute reverse Phase Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Peptide Mapping, Affinity-Chromatography, Protein estimation HPLC & UPLC, etc for analysis of samples generated for In-process and batch release testing
• Support method evaluation for verfication/ qualification/validation studies
• Handling and maintenance of analytical eqiupments , calibration of Analytical instruments like HPLC, UHPLC, pH Meter, Pipettes, Digital balance.

2. Documentation

• Regular compilation of generated data in designated log book as per GLP/GMP practices
• Support process and analytical report compilation by providing data as required.
• Support TTD transfer (Technology Transfer) IRS Qualification, HPLC & UPLC Qualifications & Calibration,  Column Management, Handling Reference Standards, & Documentation (i.e.) SOP, STP, Protocol & report  preparations.

3. Data Analysis

• Analyze the data generated and provide insights on process robustness
• Supports development of deeper understanding of process capabliities for controlling process and prodcut related impurity.

4. Desired Skills & Competencies

• Competence with MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent learning ability
• Motivated and ready to explore new methodology
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as with peers
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
