Job Description
- Maintain and run established PERL/Python programs
- Create PERL/Python programs as and when the requirement arises
- Create tables/diagrams using the data derived from the programs
- Handle all the bioinformatics requirements for the group
- Analysis of mRNA expression data
- Analysis of genomic/ proteomic data
- Preparation of associated summary write-ups
Desired Profile
- Post-graduate in bioinformatics, with a life science background
- Experience of over 3 years in handling PERL/Python scripts related to bioinformatics projects.
