Job Title : Tech Transfer- Biosimilars (Sr. Executive/assistant Mgr/deputy Mgr)
Eligiblity : B.sc/ M.sc / B.tech / M.tech
Experience : 3 – 8 Years
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Job Description :
- Should have Mammalian expression and purification and/or Microbial expression and/or purification experience.
- Hands on experience on process development and/or process scale up required
- Understanding of Biosimilars workflow and product development.
- Strong process knowledge: Cell Culture, Fermentation and purification
- Strong concepts in Protein Biochemistry
- Understanding the concepts of instruments, HPLC ,etc.
- Familiarity with Statistical tools and data analysis for trending and process monitoring
- Root cause investigations for deviations and OOS, trending and analysis of data from consistency batches onwards, regulatory support,
process improvement initiatives. - Documentation of manufacturing activities to quality assurance, regulatory affairs (both national and international)
- Should have experience in Upstream/ Downstream/ Drug Product
- Investigative spirit and technical curiosity.
- Excellent communication skill
